How to Register for a New Module
Many of our students register into our programs using our flexible pay-as-you learn option. This registration option includes registration into the first module of a program, access to technical and tutorial support for that first module, and the complete program`s curriculum and supporting simulation software on disk or USB.
Once a student has mastered Module 1 and completed the final exam they need to get registered into the next module. Here at the Student Support Centre we often hear the question, “What is the best way to continue” or “Do I need to speak to someone to register into more modules.”
Here are a couple easy ways to get registered into your next modules.
Call Us at the Student Support Centre and Register by Phone
One simple and easy approach is to give us a call on our toll free number at 1-888-553-5533, (between 9:00 am and 10:00 pm Monday to Friday or 9:00 AM to 5:00 pm on Saturdays), and speak with one of our Program Advisors. They will quickly check your records and help get you registered into one or more additional modules.
Register Online
Or alternatively, you can register online at anytime, within the Student Support Center. It’s quite easy too; just log in using the login and password you were sent in your welcome email. Click on the ‘My Account’ section and then click on the ‘Register’ link. Then select the modules that you would like to register into. Next enter your credit card information. To process your credit card we use a secure server that protects your confidential information. By the way, once your registration has been processed, your credit card details will be deleted from our system. This is why you have to re-enter your card number each time you register for a new module. It`s kind of repetitive, but it protects you to the very best of our abilities.
Whether you call in, or register online, your registration will be processed within one business day, giving you access to all of our services as quickly as possible.
We hope this helps you understand how to register into a new module. Let us know if you have any questions. If you found this post helpful, please leave a comment.
