Robotics Technician Certificate - Education Prerequisites

Education

You need a High School Diploma (with credits at or above the general level) or equivalent, or mature student status to enter the program. An electronics background is helpful, but not essential. Contact a Program Advisor, toll-free at 1-866-277-5720 for more details.

Hardware / Software

Students must have access to a personal computer with the following minimum configuration

• CD-ROM drive & Sound Card
• Intel Pentium or equivalent
• 32 MB RAM (64 MB recommended)
• 100 MB available disk space
• Windows 98/NT/2000/XP/ME/Vista/Windows 7
• 16, 32 and 64 bit compatible
• Internet Access
• Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Windows Mail, Windows Live Mail or any other MAPI compliant application
