Electronics Technician Certificate

This award-winning electronic technician home study program allows students the opportunity to complete electronic technician training and receive an Electronic Technician Certificate, while taking our home training courses using an interactive learning package. The program presents in-depth, interactive coverage of the fundamentals of electronics, built within an innovative state-of-the-art computer-based training and lab simulation environment.

Flexible Learning

Because of the course's flexible delivery format, students can enroll in the program at any time during the year and complete the home study training on their own terms. The Electronic Technician Certificate is designed to meet your schedule not ours, leaving it to you to decide how much time you take to complete the training. We provide you with the tutorial and technical support but leave the scheduling of studying and completion time up to you. The average completion time for the Electronic Technician Certificate is 34 weeks. Previous electronic experience, education and time spent per week may reduce that time significantly.

The interactive multimedia course material is delivered using video, audio, text, 2D and 3D animations, photos, and over 450 simulation-based laboratory exercises using circuit simulation software. A supplementary textbook is also available for those students who are more comfortable with a traditional print based presentation of the material.

Online testing

Once you've mastered the contents of a module you log on to our online test center and take the module final exam. Successfully finish all 23 modules and your program is complete!
